A 20-year-old man has died after being stabbed at Logan, sparking a homicide investigation.

Queensland police were called to Fermont Road, Underwood, just after 1am on Friday.
Detective Superintendent Brendan Smith said the violence flared between two groups as they arrived home from a social gathering.
The victim appeared to have been stabbed with a bladed weapon during the melee, not realising he had been seriously injured.
āAs a consequence when the deceased has walked back, obviously heās discovered heās been wounded and collapsed and died.ā
The man was found unresponsive and he died at the scene despite attempts to revive him.
Police were frustrated by the violence that resulted in the death.
āHow many times do we have to say this?ā he said.
āDonāt carry knives. These things wouldnāt happen if people did not carry knives.ā
The area has been declared a crime scene and police are appealing to anyone with information, CCTV or dashcam footage of a dark-coloured SUV seen in the area at the time.
āWe work together with the community every day to solve major crime,ā Det Supt Smith said.
āFighting these battles is not just a policing concern, itās a community concern so please come forward.ā
