North and central Queensland are facing another deluge if forecasts are proved accurate.

Your Weather Channel has weather modelling showing intense rain hitting the north west, north and central Queensland in the next seven to 14 days.
It said the predictions were far from certain ābut the main models are pointing to a possible extensive large rain event across large parts of Queensland and possibly all of eastern Australiaā.
āIf it does happen it will be the last week of June,ā the forecasters said.
They claimed there developing weather event was clearly one to watch and would be another La NiƱa induced weather event.
It follows forecasts on Weatherzone that eastern Australian could experience a third year of La NiƱa weather.
The La NiƱa brings generally wetter weather to Australiaās east coast.
The Bureau of Meteorologyās longer range forecast is for rainfall to be above the median for much of Australia from July to September.
